Reports will be submitted to report@ideas.org.my and forwarded to select people in charge. Please feel confident that the report will be dealt with in a confidential and professional manner. If you suspect that there is a breach of privacy and/or confidentiality agreement or there is retaliation towards your report, please send another report through this channel.     Incident Details

    Please provide as much information as possible as this is helpful for the investigation. If there is information that you are not able / do not wish to provide, please enter N/A in the related field.

    Please attach any other information/substantiating evidence that could help us better understand the incident.

    Examples are screenshots, photos, voice recordings, and video recordings.

    IDEAS understands that you may wish to remain anonymous. Still, we encourage that you provide at least one contact detail so that we could contact you for further information on the incident. Your contact information will be kept confidential and only revealed to select people in charge and will be used only for the investigation. Your cooperation and assistance can help us resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    IDEAS will provide protection and assistance to those who report in good faith. We will take action against any retaliation made against you for filing a report.
